We provide a value guarantee for qualified service parts and accessories sold only when the service parts or accessories is utilized on our machinery and setup by our technician or under our experts's supervision. The quality guarantee is null if spares or accessories has been fitted into 3rd party machinery or setup without our admission ( except when approved by the company ) .
Diagnosis and new spare parts or associated equipment fitting is free of charge for machinery sold by us. After the new spare or components has been fitted, our experts will insure that your machines is 100% operative and well certified. Sending a specialist to provide technical assistance, or remotely providing technical information can be chosen when concerning other companies machines. In regarding 3rd-party machines, we cant guarantee which steps (if any) would be taken or what guidance (if any) can be supplied by our technicians.
If our technician remotely recommends or proposes a spare reinstatement or component add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for brand new or spare spares or accessories, we will provide you with a full refund once the client send the spare parts or accessories back in its primary condition.
A labour expense will not be requested would you wish that we come to your place for a spare- replacement or add-on fitments for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if suited. Clients are preferred to make all preparations for the technician to be picked up and sent back. If you would prefer for us to go to you, the existent rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our office and your premises.
