Service Plan: Routine service is required by the machine(s) you are going to buy. Basic depletion replacement at a minimum cost, analyzing and calibration as well as everyday cleaning are enclosed in the service plan. Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to each and every time time a specialist provides a service at your property. Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): If you only want our technician to take a look at your appliance for peace of mind or want to know if the appliance is fitted to operate optimally, our maintenance plan is perfect for you. No fees will be implemented for the technician we supply. You will be advised by our specialist whether an back-up or other service or spare replacement is needed or whether everything is in order. Regretfully, no reconstruction or intense labour operate will be practised during a maintenance visit, but a reservation should made for this to be completed at your and our earliest convenience. If at any time you would like to ensure that your machine is set to function optimally, or you simply want our technician to inspect your machine then you are welcome to call us and make a booking for Check-up Callout and one of our technicians will come out to you, at the cost of travel and reduced or waived standard call-out cost.
