The quality assurance is invalid if spare parts or accessories has been fitted into other company's machines or put together without our acknowledgment ( unless when approved by managers ) .
No charges be required for diagnosis and new repair parts or components fitting for machines purchased from us. After the new spare parts or components has been installed, our experts will ensure that the clients machinery is 100% operative and well tested. For other companies machinery, we may recommend to provide technical information remotely or send a expert to give technical assistance. In regarding 3rd-party machines, we cannot guarantee which actions (if any) can be taken or what guidance (if any) shall be supplied by our experts.
If our technician remotely recommends or proposes a spare reinstatement or component add-on for machines that we have sold, including for new or spare spare parts or accessories, we will provide the client with a full reimbursement once you send the spare parts or components back in its genuine state.
Would you prefer that we go to your property for a spare- reinstatement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. We prefer that you arrange for the specialist to get retrieved and sent back. The current amount payable, should you desire for us to go to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our workplace and your premises.
