Service Plan: The machine(s) which you are going to obtain, will be demanding a routine service. Checking and positioning, common cleaning , as well as standard ravages of time replacement at a minimal cost are covered in the service plan. Should you fail to adhere to the terms of the machine’s Service Schedule and/or not service your machine within the mandatory service intervals, then the Product Warranty shall automatically lapse and we shall no longer be responsible for the service of the machine(s), unless we otherwise agree to service the machine pre agreed cost, and provided that such ad hoc or sporadic service to the machine shall not be regarded as having revived the Product Warranty insofar as the Product Warranty may have lapsed by virtue of the failure to adhere to the Service Schedule.
Call-out Service & Fee: A Call-out refers to any extent a specialist offers a service at your place. Except for when the call-out is concealed by each and every time of the above named plans or accepted by the managers, a call-out fee will be charged. At the point of this quotation, 1 technician for 1 day is R 1 499.00 for workdays, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays and R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.Touring costs to your property and accommodation if required, are on your account, coupled with the call-out cost. The plans for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you. The current rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the driving distance between our warehouse including your premises, should you choose for us to travel to you.Generously analyze about call out including traveling costs ahead of time as those fees may change point by time without notice. A Call-out refers to any time a technician provides a service at your premises. Unless the call-out is covered by any of the above plans or arranged by the management, a call-out fee will be charged. Those charges may change time by time without notice, so kindly enquire about call-out and travel costs beforehand. Barring work to be undertaking under the Product Warranty, any maintenance (whether in accordance with the Service Schedule or otherwise), repair or part replacement (whether hardware or software) will be affected at our earliest availability on a first come first serve booking basis, subject to the availability of parts (given the age of the machine) and provided that you have accepted our quotation for such maintenance, repair or part replacement services.
Maintenance Plan (Check-up Callouts): Whether you would choose to find out if the appliance is adjusted to function optimally, or you only would like our specialist to take a look at your machinery for your tranquility, our maintenance plan is suited for you. There is no fees for the specialist we supply. Our specialist will be able to provide you with advice on if an different or further servicing or spares restoration is needed or if everything is in order. During sustainment visits no adjustments or hard labour operate will be carried out and reservations should made for this to be carried out at your and our earliest convenience. Unfortunately, no repair or intense labour work will be carried within our Check-up Callout, but a booking can be made for such maintenance or repair work to be carried out at our earliest availability.
